Consultoría de gestión de riesgos
Risk Management means a structured focus in order to manage the uncertain results of a threat, and it is accomplished through a sequence of human activities including risk valuation, through the development of strategies in order to manage it and risk reduce through the use of management resources. These strategies involve risk transfer somewhere else, risk avoidance, reducing the negative effects of risk and acceptance of some or even all the consequences of a particular risk.
Sometimes, risk management is focused on risk containment by physical or legal means (for example, natural disasters, fire, accidents, death or lawsuits). On the other hand, risk management is focused on risks that may be managed by financial and commercial instruments.
The goal of risk management is to reduce different risks in relation with a previously selected area at a level that they are socially accepted. It may refer to many kinds of threats caused by nature, technology, human beings, organisations and politics. On the other hand, it involves all available resources of human beings or, in particular, of a risk management entity (a person, staff, an organisation).
