Internationalization Support

The Spanish market situation forces companies to consider opening new markets. Internationalization is an important option.

You can not trivialize the risk involved in some sectors such as construction, since production must be done "in situ", far from management centers.

In brief, the proposal is based on the market offer a service package of 3 phases.

  • Evaluation / search agents. Support the development, negotiation and signing of contracts.
  • Assessment / Finding local partners. Support the development, negotiation and signing of contracts.
  • Assessment / Finding of legal services organizations. Support the development, negotiation and signing of contracts.
  • Evaluation / Support the processing of institutional support for internationalization / Innovation (R + D + i).

At the end of this phase will produce a report / dossier.

Phase III. Support the operation

  • International managing outsourced
  • Support in negotiating and signing the first contracts.
  • Management support / coaching in the first trips.
